It was delight to have Mr. Biju Mishra, Director, Enbridge, Canada, for a session on the topic of “Creating Breakthrough Ideas”. He spoke about the importance of creating ideas that have the potential to solve fundamental problems. He also discussed some of the disruptive ideas that have changed consumer behaviour over the past decade. We thank him for the insightful session.

Prof. Sandeep Puri Professor from the Asian Institute of Management, Phillipines, took an enriching workshop for the students of Graduate Insolvency Programe on 'Case Study Writing'. He explained the various steps involved in designing a case study and also engaged the students in a group exercise to enable them to come up with ideas of their own.

As part of the GIP course, the students learnt about corporate insolvency resolution process from insolvency professionals. Three weeks were primarily focused on the practical aspects of IBC. Shri Madusudan Sharma and Shri Navneet Jain who are insolvency professionals took the sessions for taking the students through each and every aspect of the CIRP process. They were joined by Shri Amit Sharma, Shri Rajiv Shankar Dvivedi , Shri Alok Kaushik & Shri Vishnu Upadhyay.

Shri Vijay Kumar Iyer Partner at Deloitte India, took an Expert Session on case discussion on Bhushan steel and Binani Cements. He discussed the challenges he faced as resolution professional while handling these two cases.
