The School of Competition Law and Market Regulation at IICA in collaboration with the Forum of Indian Regulators have launched a unique "3-Months Online Certificate Course on Regulatory Governance". The course aims to help the regulatory professionals learn the art of designing clear, coherent, and efficient regulations, to effectively implement them continually and evaluate them for their appropriateness, relevance and impact. The course has garnered a tremendous positive response from the regulatory bodies and senior officials have been nominated from different departments.

Mr. Sanoj Kumar Jha (Secretary, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission and Executive Secretary, Forum of Indian Regulators) inaugurated the online course. Mr. Jhaappreciated the efforts put in by IICA for designing a unique course for the regulatory officials that focuses on improving the governance of regulators. In the inaugural session Dr. AbhaYadav, Course Director gave a brief course overview to the participants explaining in detail the course objectives, structure, assignments, grading criteria. The participants were alsointroduced to Blackboard (LMS), the online platform for the course by the IICA team.The first lecture of the course was taken by Dr. Renuka Sane, Associate Professor at the National Institute of Public Finance and Policy (NIPFP).

IICA Knowledge Resource Centre has provided all the digital services uninterrupted during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Users are accessing the digital resources remotely with the KRC-RemoteXs facility. Apart from the subscribed the following databases were also provided to the users :

During the COVID-19 Pandemic the KRC services are being used uninterrupted. The following database were subscribed during July WESTLAW and Hein International. Regular research support is being provided by the Head of the Centre to it’s patrons.

KRC has provided Online KRC Membership and supporting the users in accessing the digital content to the users. Full-text e-resources to the individual users as per their request is also an additional feature. KRC is managing e-newspaper and magazine service to its users on daily/weekly basis. KRC has subscribed to emagster.com where more than 13000 e magazins and newsletters are being provided through digital mode. The Institutional repository developed by KRC using Dspace an open source software now have more than 1185+ books, articles, case studies etc on various subject areas of Corporate Affairs which is highly being used by the users for their academic and research purpose. KRC is also managing email campaigns to alumni about institute’s ongoing webinars, panel discussions and current course curriculum.

Induction and training programme on various database and the KRC services were conducted for new batch of GIP during the first week on July.

The training programme of Anti-Plagiarism Software was organized for the Faculty and Research staff through the online mode. Which was very much appreciated by the participants.

It's a truth widely acknowledged that today’s customers not only prefer to spend their money with socially or environmentally conscious companies, they also use an organization’s CSR as a way to deliver on their own responsibility to do good. Aside from the societal benefits, CSR practices provide them with an opportunity to boost the bottom line, while strengthening their positive image in the marketplace at the same time.

In order to understand the complex relationship between CSR and PR, IICA Alumni Network has organized the first interactive webinar on “Public Relations for CSR: Creating Value for Social Entrepreneurship” from its Alumni Dr Shobha Dhanwatay on 14 October 2020 that has been moderated by Dr Lata Suresh, Head Knowledge Resource Centre, Dr Garima Dadhich- Associate Professor School of Business Environment and Shri Rajesh Batra, Chief Admin Officer. As a part of first Alumni Program, the webinar has received an overwhelming response from the Alumni Network.
