PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The program is designed to equip participants with in-depth understanding of various aspects of arbitration such as contractual and commercial disputes, arbitration practice and procedure, national and international legal frameworks among various others. The program is curated in a manner to skill, upskill and reskill the participants in accordance with their professional requirements so as to enable them to keep pace with the ever-growing complexities in the domain of commercial arbitration.
IICA Certified Arbitration Program (ICAP) is 250+ hours of comprehensive theoretical and practical training on arbitration. The twenty (20) course modules of the training program shall be taught in online mode and three (3) modules shall be taught in-person (with online option avaliable) over two campus immersions at IICA. The final assessment along with the valedictory session shall be conducted at IICA campus over a weekend of two days i.e. Saturday and Sunday. The complete training program shall be completed in nine (9) months.
This program is designed to provide the basic skills and knowledge needed to become an arbitration professional. This program focuses on theoretical as well as practical aspects of arbitration through live sessions, instructor-led training, self-study material and arbitration simulations. After successfully passing the final assessment, the participant will be qualified as ‘IICA Qualified Arbitration Professional’.
