IICA Certified Arbitration Program (ICAP) is designed to equip participants with in-depth understanding of various aspects of arbitration such as contractual and commercial disputes, arbitration practice and procedure, national and international legal frameworks among various others. Desirable : Professional experience of three (3) years in any field.
Essential : Any graduate of any discipline, from any university, that is recognized by IICA.
Senior Bureaucrats, Retired Judicial Officers, Lawyers, Valuation Experts, Chartered Accountants, Cost Accountants, Company Secretaries, Government Officials, Company Executives, Professionals, Academicians, Students and other interested persons.
Eligible participants who appear for the final assessment and successfully pass the final assessment shall receive the Certificate of Completion. Such participants shall be entitled to use the title of 'IICA Qualified Arbitration Professional'.
Eligible participants who appear for the final assessment but are unable to pass the final assessment shall receive the Certificate of Participation. Such participants shall not be entitled to use the title of 'IICA Qualified Arbitration Professional' .

The Centre of Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution (CEADR) at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is engaged in capacity building, education, research, advocacy, and advisory in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), with a focus on arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and allied dispute resolution mechanisms.
The Centre works towards strengthening India’s ADR ecosystem through industry-oriented programmes, institutional collaborations, and promotion of global best practices in dispute resolution. CEADR actively contributes to developing professional competence and institutional excellence in arbitration and mediation.
CEADR is known for its flagship IICA Certified Arbitration Program (ICAP) Programme, along with specialised training programmes, workshops, conferences, and knowledge sessions featuring eminent jurists, arbitrators, legal practitioners, academicians, and industry experts from India and abroad.
Through its online, in-person, and hybrid initiatives, CEADR has trained and engaged legal professionals, corporate leaders, government officials, academicians, and aspiring ADR practitioners, thereby fostering a skilled and future-ready dispute resolution community.
