Human Resource Management (HRM)


Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a critical part in managing people and to facilitate the achievement of objectives through the provision of clear guidelines for decision-making and staff expectations resulting in higher performance. The focus of HRM at IICA is to provide the best possible conditions for employees and staff to realize the ambition of IICA. Institute will provide equal employment opportunity to each individual, regardless of caste, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, or any other condition. This policy applies to recruitment and advertising; hiring and job assignment; promotion, transfer; termination; compensation and benefits; training; and the provision of any other human resources service. The IICA would comply with all provision of state and central laws enforcing agencies providing employment. The continuing progress and vitality of the Institute requires full utilization of available human resources.

Structure –Manager of Human Resource [MHR] will head the division. The other functionaries of the division are Assistant Manager Human Resource and support staff.
