Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a critical part in managing people and to facilitate the achievement of objectives through the provision of clear guidelines for decision-making and staff expectations resulting in higher performance. The focus of HRM at IICA is to provide the best possible conditions for employees and staff to realize the ambition of IICA. Structure –Manager of Human Resource [MHR] will head the division. The other functionaries of the division are Assistant Manager Human Resource and support staff.
