Master Class on Board Dynamics

The three-day program equipped 25 participants with essential skills in corporate governance, board dynamics, & regulatory frameworks. Highlights included sessions on the Companies Act, SEBI LODR, ESG, & transformational leadership. Experts like Mr. Ajay Nanavati and Dr. Anil K Khandelwal shared insights. A mock boardroom simulation provided practical experience. Dr. Ajay Bhushan Pandey's keynote emphasized audit quality & financial transparency. The program received overwhelmingly positive feedback.

2^nd Inter-Ministerial Workshop

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, UNDP India & IICA's School of Business Environment, organized the 2^nd Inter-Ministerial Workshop on Responsible Business Conduct on May 20, 2024.
