    Training Program on Companies Act

    IICA conducted a one-week specialised training programme (2–6 February 2026) for 21 IES and ITS officers at its IMT Manesar campus. The programme focused on the Companies Act, Competition Law, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, with emphasis on corporate governance, regulation, and policy implementation. The programme commenced with a course overview by Sudhaker Shukla, Head - CIB and was inaugurated by the Director General & CEO, IICA.

    Advancing Corporate Climate Action

    IICA, through its School of Business Environment, in collaboration with CEEW–Green Finance Centre and Eversource Capital, organised a stakeholder dialogue and report launch on “Advancing Corporate Climate Action through Emissions Disclosures in India” on 31 October 2025 at Taj Mansingh, New Delhi. The event gathered leaders from corporates, regulators, think tanks, and academia to discuss strengthening India’s emissions disclosure framework. More Details

    IICA acquires land for NE Campus

    On June 2, 2025, the IICA, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, took a landmark step toward inclusive national development by formally acquiring a five-acre land parcel in New Shillong Township, Meghalaya, for its first regional campus. This pivotal move signifies IICA’s expansion into the North East and highlights its continued commitment to promoting corporate governance, sustainability, and regional capacity building.
