The General Body of IICA is chaired by Hon’ble Union Minister of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and comprises of high ranking officials from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the DG & CEO of IICA. At the Annual Meeting of the Society, the DG&CEO of IICA submits the annual report and yearly accounts of IICA for approval and adoption of the same. The Annual Accounts and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2019-20 were approved by the circulation.

The Finance division undertakes all the activities for successful holding of the meeting inter-alia preparation and drafting of documents for the AGM including Agenda, Annual Report of IICA, various financial performance indicators, compliance report, minutes and any other required documents.
