Important Activities undertaken by IT Division, IICA


1. Exit and Daily Feedback

The “Exit and Daily Feedback” application was being designed and developed by IT Department. Using of this web based application we collect feedback on the aspect of training, stay, food, support, facilities, ambience and services from the participants.
The “Exit and Daily Feedback” has been commissioned and made “GO-LIVE” w.e.f 07.01.2019


2. Performance Monitoring & Information System (PMIS)

The “Performance Monitoring & Information System (PMIS)” was being designed and developed by IT Department, as per the directions of the DG & CEO, which shall provide a holistic overview of the performance of the faculties and heads of schools and centres of IICA, in terms of numerical scoring/grading.
PMIS will serve to provide a numerical scoring of each head and faculty, basis the filing made by the faculties and heads as per the activities being undertaken by them.
The “PMIS” has been commissioned and made “GO-LIVE” w.e.f 26.07.2018.


3. Daily Work & Progress Report Management System(DRS)

The “Daily Work & Progress Report Management System” application was being designed and developed by IT Department. By using of this system HR Department can track and maintain all the report related to the daily work and Monthly action plan.
The “DRS” has been commissioned and made “GO-LIVE” from 5-09-2018.


4. Training Venue and Accommodation Reservation System (TVARS):-

The Training Venue and Accommodation Reservation System was being designed and developed by IT Department.
The “Training Venue and Accommodation Reservation System” has been commissioned and made “GO-LIVE” w.e.f 5.06.2018.


5. E-Noticeboard

The “e-Noticeboard” was being designed and developed by IT Department. This is also known as Digital display board system. PMS will serve to provide all Office Order, Office Memorandum, Notice, Minutes etc.
The “E-Noticeboard” has been commissioned and made “GO-LIVE” w.e.f 17.05.2018.


6. Payslip Management System (PMS)

The “Pay-slip Management System (PMS)” was being designed and developed by IT Department. By using of this system HR Department can track and maintain all the records such as New registration & De-registration of all Staff of IICA and also can maintain all staff details related to the Payslips. HR Department can also access the Accounts Department part to maintain Individual Pay Record (IPR).
The “PMS” has been commissioned and made “GO-LIVE” w.e.f 19.02.2018.


7. IT Helpdesk

IT Helpdesk was setup by the IT Division in view of the need to cater to the requirement of providing assistance, support and seamless resolution of the day to day IT/ICT issues of the institute and its staff. It was inaugurated by the DG & CEO on 20th of August, 2014 in presence of Organization Setupand faculty members.


8. Smart Interactive White Board

With a vision to enhance the training experience in IICA classrooms and facilitate as well as promote the use of smart training tools and teaching aids, Smart Interactive White Board was recently commissioned at IICA Manesar classroom and inaugurated by the DG & CEO on 20th August, 2014 in the presence of Organization Setupand faculty members.


9. IT Helpdesk Management System Application

"IT Helpdesk Management System Application" was launched and inaugurated by Honorable DG & CEO, IICA on Friday, 8th May, 2015 in the board room at IICA. The application system has been completely designed and developed in-house by developers at IT Division, IICA with the view to further augment and enhance the delivery of IT Helpdesk Services. The helpdesk application provides the users with web based interface for registration of IT/ICT related issues.
