Important Activities undertaken by IT Division, IICA (F.Y. 2014 - 15)

1. IT Helpdesk

IT Helpdesk was setup by the IT Division in view of the need to cater to the requirement of providing assistance, support and seamless resolution of the day to day IT/ICT issues of the institute and its staff. It was inaugurated by the DG & CEO on 20th of August, 2014 in presence of Organization Setupand faculty members.

2. Smart Interactive White Board

With a vision to enhance the training experience in IICA classrooms and facilitate as well as promote the use of smart training tools and teaching aids, Smart Interactive White Board was recently commissioned at IICA Manesar classroom and inaugurated by the DG & CEO on 20th August, 2014 in the presence of Organization Setupand faculty members.

3. IT Helpdesk Management System Application

"IT Helpdesk Management System Application" was launched and inaugurated by Honorable DG & CEO, IICA on Friday, 8th May, 2015 in the board room at IICA. The application system has been completely designed and developed in-house by developers at IT Division, IICA with the view to further augment and enhance the delivery of IT Helpdesk Services. The helpdesk application provides the users with web based interface for registration of IT/ICT related issues.
