In view of previous year success and high demand from potential applicants for this course, the School of Competition Law and Market Regulations at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) is proud to announce the 3rd Batch of Six Months Advanced Professional Course in Competition Law& Market Regulation (APC) from December 2018 to May 2019.

The 6-month Certificate Course in Competition Law entails study of Modules 1 to 4 and 2 other optional modules tobe selected by the participants from the additional modules (during December 2018 to February 2019). The Certificate Course has been designed for people who wish to develop specialization in competition law and market regulation or looking to re-skill or move into specialized areas.

The course covers foundational aspect of regulation, law and economics in the context of competition, and substantive and procedural aspects of competition regulatory regime in India. It is envisaged to delve into advanced areas of competition law such as international jurisprudence, IPR, sectoral issues and PSUs through the additional modules of study being offered to the prospective participants. The lectures will be delivered in high quality and hybrid system involving in-person & online session prepared by industry experts.

4.	APC Fee for Professionals (Who have cleared CCCL)	Rs. 44840/- (36000/- Course Fee+ 2000/- Exam Fee + 18% GST)

  The fees can be either paid online through payment gateway on IICA website(PayU) or Cheque or Demand Draft in favor of “Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs” payable at New Delhi

  Early Bird Discount: Candidates registering on or before 15thNovember 2018 would get a discount of 10% on course fee.

  Group Discount: participants applying in groups of 4 or more will be offered a group discount of 10% per group of the course fee. This discount extends till the last date of application.
