IICA in compliance with Rule 6(1) of the Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014 will conduct the Online Proficiency Self-Assessment through the Independent Director’s Databank platform. The Online Proficiency Self-Assessment will be conducted upon a robust, scalable, and secure proctor based assessment platform that would issue an e-certificate upon successful completion of the test. The online test could be attempted by the Independent Directors at their own convenience from their office or residence and will not require them to visit any test centre or institute for the same.

Presently, the mock test has been made available to familiarize the users with test environment.

Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test is available from March 01, 2020. Slots for online proficiency self-assessment test can be booked from the databank portal after successful registration.
