Commercial Mediation

According to the World Bank Ease of Doing Business (EODB) ranking 2020, India is yet to make progress in the area of ‘Enforcing Contracts’. A developing nation like India is bound to have significant commercial disputes which if handled proactively and effectively can improve not only the EODB ranking but augment Government’s efforts towards economic growth and stability. For this, there is a need to create mediation as a preferred option for business community and develop world class professionally trained commercial mediators.

To fill this gap of trained mediators, IICA has rolled out an specialised course on Commercial Mediation and Negotiation. Now converted completely online, the course is running into XIth batch with 275+ participants from diverse backgrounds trained so far, including 35 international participants.
